Specialty Deserts, Jams and Jellies

Nancy Pike,  owner of Anchors Gate B&B knows how much people love homemade jams and jellies for their breakfast but she has seen a large  increase in the numbers of travelers who are gluten and lactose intolerant or diabetic.  With the help of friend, Heidi Wiedemann ( Blind Bay) and sister Carol Stein, the booth will feature a number of delectable muffins, loaves and cakes which will be lactose, gluten and sugar free.  A wide range of pickles, chow , jams and jellies freshly made from Annapolis Valley fruits and vegetables will also be available to purchase.
